So which one am i supposed to get ?
Judging form the variety of your two choices, i suppose your brother isn’t exactly a player since there’s a wide variety here and he is not exactly looking for any particular needed cards.
My suggestion is to go for the 2nd choice: Why?
Value wise, it is much worthy and not to mention there are just enough rarities to provide a good feel of interest yet no pressure to your collection brother. there can be just enough cards in this package to provide him a level of curiosity to the game and it’s functions rather than variety in the rarity, so your brother will most likely be happier around and have more play time with the given cards.
